Shipping policy

Core Form Apparel orders are sent from Adelaide, South Australia.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We don’t ship overseas at this time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is sent with Australia Post and calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you’ll always see the cost before you pay. All prices and shipping costs are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Dispatch: orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 business days.
- Metro areas: usually 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and remote areas: usually 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and can be longer during busy periods like sales and the lead-up to Christmas.
Checking your address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at coreformapparel@thecorecompany.com.au and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the expected time, email us with your order number. We’ll follow it up with Australia Post and, if it’s lost or damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement or give you a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
