Personal Training Policies

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These policies cover Core Notion Fitness personal training and coaching only. Part 1 sets out our terms and policy, and Part 2 explains how we handle your personal information.

Part 1: Terms and Policy

SECTION 1 - WHO PROVIDES PERSONAL TRAINING
Core Notion Fitness personal training and coaching is provided by Cassie Netz as a sole trader, trading as CORE NOTION FITNESS TRAINING, ABN 40 526 029 800. It is not provided by CORE FORM APPAREL Pty Ltd, which operates the Core Form Apparel store. These terms apply only to personal training and coaching services. All prices are in Australian dollars.

SECTION 2 - WHO WE CAN TRAIN

  • Online coaching is open to clients anywhere. In-person training is only available in Adelaide, South Australia.
  • Online coaching and in-person training are offered at Cassie's discretion.
  • In-person training is limited, and requests are subject to meeting criteria and availability. We may not be able to accept every request.
  • Injury support is offered through in-person coaching only.

SECTION 3 - WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Online coaching: gym programs and coaching delivered through the Everfit app, adjusted to your goals as needed.
  • In-person training: one-on-one sessions, where accepted. In-person training with Cassie runs through Revo Fitness, so a Revo membership is required and Revo's own terms and conditions apply.
  • Services are fitness coaching only. They are not medical, physiotherapy, psychological or dietetic services and do not replace advice from a health professional.

SECTION 4 - GETTING STARTED: WELCOME AND MEDICAL HISTORY FORMS

  • Before training begins, you must complete the welcome form and the medical history form in Everfit.
  • Your answers must be complete and accurate. Please tell us about any injury, illness, pregnancy, medication or other change in your health before or during your training, and update your medical history form when anything changes.
  • We may ask for clearance from your doctor or another health professional before starting or continuing training.

SECTION 5 - EXERCISE RISKS AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All exercise carries some risk of injury, including strains, sprains, soreness and, rarely, more serious injury or illness. By training with us you acknowledge you understand these inherent risks.
  • We take reasonable care and use appropriate skill in planning and coaching your training.
  • You agree to train within your limits, follow safety instructions, stop and tell us straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell, and use equipment as instructed.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions about your health and for training outside of coached sessions.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

SECTION 6 - RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

  • To reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice by text or through Everfit.
  • Cancelling a session with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, to cover the time set aside for you. We may waive this fee for illness, emergencies or other genuine circumstances.
  • To cancel or discontinue ongoing services, please give notice before your next billing period starts. You remain responsible for the current billing period, and your Everfit access will end when that period finishes.
  • We may reschedule a session if we are unwell or unable to attend, and will give as much notice as we can. You will not be charged for a session we cancel, and we'll rebook it or credit or refund it.

SECTION 7 - PAUSING YOUR TRAINING

  • You can ask to pause your training, and we'll generally agree.
  • To line up with billing, a pause usually starts at the end of your current billing period.
  • You remain responsible for any invoices already issued for the current period.

SECTION 8 - REFUNDS

  • We don't offer change of mind refunds for sessions, programs or billing periods that have already started or been delivered.
  • If you've paid for sessions or program weeks we can't provide (for example, because we cancel or stop offering the service), we'll refund or credit the unused portion.
  • Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies if the services aren't provided with due care and skill.

SECTION 9 - ONLINE COACHING

  • Ongoing communication takes place in the Everfit app.
  • Messages are answered within 4 business days.
  • Programs are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
See Part 2 below for how we collect, store and use your information, including health information.

SECTION 11 - INSURANCE
Cassie holds her own professional indemnity and public liability insurance for personal training services.

SECTION 12 - CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a change that affects your current services, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice. If you don't agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect without a cancellation fee.

SECTION 4 - OVERSEAS STORAGE
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia. Everfit and Klaviyo may store data in the United States, and Square may process data in the United States and other countries where it operates. We choose providers that use industry-standard security and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

If a data breach happens that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will act quickly to contain it, assess it, notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and tell you what steps you can take to protect yourself.

SECTION 6 - MARKETING, TESTIMONIALS AND IMAGES
We will only use your name, testimonial, photos or videos in marketing if you give your consent first. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Marketing emails are only sent if you've subscribed, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
