Founded by Cassie and Nick, The Core Company started with a simple idea: cut through the noise of modern fitness culture, where extremes and conflicting advice leave people feeling like they're always getting it wrong.
Nick brings the practical side, with a love for quality gym gear that's comfortable day to day and holds up to real work. Cassie brings years of overcoming injuries, a deep understanding of how the body moves, and a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin.
