How to measure yourself
Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
Waist: around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with your feet together.
Shoulder width: across your upper back, from the outside edge of one shoulder to the other. This one's easiest with a friend.
Torso length: from the highest point of your shoulder, right beside your neck, straight down to your natural waist.
Thigh: around the fullest part of one thigh, just below your groin.
Inseam: from the top of your inner thigh straight down to your ankle bone. It's easiest to measure along the inside leg seam of pants that fit you well.
Foot length: stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet and use the longer one.
Measure over light clothing, standing relaxed. If you're between sizes, size up for a roomier fit or size down for a closer fit. Handy conversion: 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

Look after it
Every piece is different, so always check the care label and the care instructions in the product description first. These general tips will help your Core Form Apparel pieces look and feel their best for longer.
Check the label first
The care label and product description are your best guide. Fabrics, prints and finishes vary, so follow the instructions for each piece.
Washing
- Wash cold, 30°C (86°F) or below
- Turn pieces inside out to protect prints and the outer fabric
- Wash with similar colours
- Use a gentle detergent and skip the bleach
- Avoid fabric softener, as it can break down fibres and stretch
Drying
- Air dry in the shade where possible
- Dry heavier knits and hoodies flat to help them keep their shape
- Avoid the tumble dryer unless the label says it's okay, as heat can cause shrinkage
- Reshape while damp
Ironing and steaming
- Only iron if the label allows
- Use a low heat setting with the piece inside out
- Never iron directly over prints or embellishments
- A steamer is a gentle alternative for creases
Activewear and stretch fabrics
- Wash cold after every wear to keep fabrics fresh
- Skip fabric softener so the stretch and moisture-wicking stay effective
- Air dry and keep away from direct heat
Storing
- Fold hoodies and heavier pieces rather than hanging them, so the shoulders don't stretch
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
