Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
Orders are packed and dispatched from Adelaide within 1 to 3 business days, and you'll get an email with tracking. Australia Post then usually takes 2 to 6 business days to most metro areas, and longer for regional and remote areas.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout so you'll see the cost before you pay. We currently ship within Australia only.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?
If you change your mind, you can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Get in touch with your order number before sending anything back.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

How do your pieces fit?
Check the fit notes on each product page, then use our size guide to find your size.
How do I care for my Core Form Apparel?
Every piece is different, so check the care label and product description first. As a general guide, wash cold with similar colours, skip the bleach and avoid the tumble dryer.

Our pieces are designed in South Australia and manufactured in China.
